The 4th of July was fun. Troy's family picked me up and we went to Taco Bell, but I wasn't hungry so I watched them eat lol. Then we went to the bowling alley where I so rudely got unexpectedly sick...ugh. When I returned to bowling, Troy and I were neck-to-neck and I would've beaten him if I didn't get a gutter ball during my last turn! He beat me just barely --- by two pins. We then went to the movies and saw "Hancock". It was good. For dinner there were burgers, chips, potato salad, and cookies. I wish I could've eaten more, but I could only fit in some potato salad and half a burger. After dinner we drove to Apache Junction high school and layed out lawn chairs (or a sleeping bag, in Troy's case) and watched fireworks. They were stinkin' cool. Before returning back to Troy's house, we went down to some guy's house who owns horses, because he was out of town or something and so Troy's dad had to feed them. I saw a scorpion for the first time! They're a LOT smaller than I had imagined. They're neat though, as long as they stay away from me. Haha.
It was a fun day. Troy wouldn't let me pay for bowling, though, so I stuck my cash ($5 haha; I hardly ever carry cash) in his pocket and told him to give it to his parents to pitch in...but he kept it! He wouldn't let me pay at the movies either! What a stinker. =p He told me today that he still has the money in his pocket and that he's going to use it to spend on me. No! I object. Haha.
I'm really tired, but I can never sleep anymore. Ugh. I especially can't sleep when my back hurts and when I'm a bit freaked out, so I guess I'm doomed for tonight. That stinks badly because church is at 8. Yuck! Too early for me. Definitely.
We're going to Tennessee at the end of this month. We fly out on the 30th, which is the day that Troy reports to the MTC. I'm so excited for him. I'm going to miss him like CRAZY though. I bet you it's going to hit me hard once we get back from Tennessee because I'll be back to normal life...only...it won't be so "normal" anymore.
So anyway. Um. My mom is still on her date. I'm kinda scared to go upstairs because...well it's just freaky up there. Still, I'm ending this post. Peace.

what a fun 4th of july! very busy. hopefully time will go by faster for you when Troy leaves...but i seriously doubt it. haha sorry. its the curse of the waiting woman.
i deleted my comment i hope but any way i wanted to change the small comment and say that i don't think there is a curse you would have been fine as long as you keep your self busy. are you still planning on going on a mission?
