Hooray. Finally. Yesterday morning, a company called me saying they got my resume that I sent to them via jobing.com and they wanted to interview me. The company was Direct Care Personnel, who works with mentally disabled kids. I called them back an hour later, and, 3 hours after that, I was hired. I had to drive all the way out there though. Their hiring office is on Litchfield and McDowell and I am proud to say that I didn't get lost or miss a turn at all. Haha. Anyway, I have my CPR card, but I need first aid and article 9 training, which they provide for free. I also need to get my fingerprint clearance card ($69...expensive) as well as three letters of recommendation. Then, in a couple of Saturdays, I will be at their training from 8 to 5. I'm excited. Yay. =)
I just don't know who to ask to write a letter for me. Maybe my bishop and the ex-nursery leader who is now the primary president. Who knows.
Anyways. Today is a nice day. I want to go outside. I need to finish my schoolwork first. Boo. Oh well. I love Troy. Bye.
