Have you ever seen the show on TLC, "Extreme Couponing"? Let me just tell you, these people are crazy...but they save a tonnnn of money. I saw one episode where the lady's bill was $1,200, but after using coupons, she paid like...$6? It was something rediculously low.
Some of these people are so extreme that they'll tell their child "no" to $2 fruit snacks...because it's not on sale.
Wow. That's just mean.
Well anyway, I decided to give it a shot today. I did a mini trial...by using ad matching and coupons, I got four 14 oz. cans of Comet and four cereals for $7.26. My bill originally was $15.50, so I saved $8.24. That averages out to about 90 cents per item.
Not bad for my first couponing experience.

haha. i've tried to coupon, but i really dont have the patience for it. good job on your first try! have you and troy picked a wedding day yet?
haha thanks. not yet, I'm hoping for next year but it all depends on school...so it might not be for a couple of years, but hopefully it'll be next year!
