I am freezing

and it sucks. It's a good thing I don't live in a "normal" state, because it's too cold here right now. I am not very tolerant of the cold...SO, I am sitting here in my A Christmas Story snuggie. If you don't have one, let me just tell you that they are nice and warm.

For Thanksgiving, I went up to Joseph City with Troy's family. It was good. My favorite part were the Texas Roadhouse rolls with cinnamon butter. YUM.

On Friday, my sister Crystal and I went Black Friday shopping. First we went to JC Penny(s?), where each got a Mickey Mouse snowglobe doorbuster. Then we went to Bath and Body Works, Walmart, and Best Buy. We got home, ate half a bagel, and went back to bed for 4 more hours. That night we went to my grandma's and ate some leftovers.

Saturday afternoon we met up with my dad at the San Tan mall. We walked around for a bit, and then he had to go, so my mom and sisters and I saw Tangled. It was awesome. So cute. I would see it again.

Sunday was Sunday.

Yesterday I went to CAC to take my second to last math test. I got an 84% on it, woo. I'm good with a B. When I was done, I walked over to financial aid to pick up my pell grant check, only to find that it had been reversed and voided! The lady called around and discovered that they did that because I was already awarded aid at GateWay. Well, I never received the aid. The school told me that they would either: A. return the money to the government, or, if the financial aid check had already been mailed to me, B. I would have to return the check to the school. I never got that check. The CAC financial aid lady called financial aid at GateWay and they talked to me. They said that the check had already gone through Citi Bank and that I owed them one thousand four hundred dollars! I was so mad and frustrated so I left. As I left, the financial aid lady called out to me, "that means you still owe us $520 as well". I called my mom because I was too upset, and she called GateWay's cashier services. Meanwhile, half of my nose started bleeding. I never get nosebleeds.

While I was sitting in my car, just waiting, I got a call from Subway. They wanted to set me up with a second interview, which was good, cuz I was having a crappy day. Then, GateWay's cashier services called me, apologizing and asking if it was cashier services that told me that it had been cashed. She said that they're not supposed to do that until they fully investigate the situation. I told her it was financial aid. After I hung up with her, she called Citi Bank to find out what had happened with that check. Luckily, it had NOT been cashed like financial aid said. Apparently they sent out the check in September. I never got it. They stopped payment on it, so HOPEFULLY I can FINALLY get my financial aid through CAC. It's taken a WHOLE SEMEMSTER. I called the CAC lady back and left a message, but I'm going to call again because I've left messages with her on two other occasions and she never called me back.

Sigh. I'm really tired today. I slept from 11:15 p.m. - 10:15 A.M. and I'm still sleepy. Time for math, though. Dang.
