Michael Buble and August 3rd. No, they are not related.

So, I pretty much heart Michael Buble. (I had originally put the text verson of heart, the "less-than-three" thing, and it completely ruined my post! It deleted it! Don't do it, lol.) He came to concert in AZ this year, but I didn't know about it until it was pretty much too late. There were only a few (crappy) seats left, and they were too expensive for me at the time. Sadness!! =( I will go to at least one of his concerts in my lifetime. I will!!! I have this picture set as my GoogleSkin on the house's main computer. Today when my sister Crystal opened the internet (yes, I set this as the home page), she commented, "I think you like Michael Buble only because he looks like Troy".

HA! So I'm not the only one who thinks so. He does look like Troy...except Troy's so much better. ;)

Tuesday should be an interesting day. First off, I have an interview with Pima for their radiography program. I scored high enough to get an interview, but there are so many people that apply and I think I'm on the low end of the point scale. However, I'm taking two extra classes per semester in addition to my medical transcription program so that I will have a greater chance at being accepted to Central Arizona's program in case I don't make it into Pima. If I don't make Pima or CAC's program, then....I'll just have to reapply again. I am on the radiography wait list for GateWay, but the list is long. In May, I was number 416. 56 students start every year, so I had EIGHT YEARS UNTIL MY TURN! Luckily, some people dropped out, so now it's only down to five years. =p Lame. I'd like to do the program at GateWay or Central Arizona because it's waaaaay cheaper than Pima's program, which is $30,000. YIKES. Anyway, wish me luck.

That same day, Sara Bareilles tickets go on sale! She is coming to the Marquee Theatre on September 30th. I want to go!! I'm not sure how much the tickets are, though, so we'll see. Another exciting event is that we get to pick up our new...dun dun dun...German Shepherd! Yes, that's right, we are actually getting a dog. Amazing. On Friday night, my mom's friend somehow talked her into fostering a sweet one year old German Shepherd. When we went to see him at the shelter on Saturday, she decided to outright adopt him. I'm excited. My mom said she wouldn't get a dog until Crystal graduated and we both were out of the house, but ta-da(!), we're getting one, and he gets to come home on Tuesday after he gets neutered. Our cat Lilly won't be too thrilled at first, but hopefully she'll get used to him. They can be buddies. =)

I can see why Michael looks like Troy.
